ok…IIS server is installed, but what should i do after installing the server??

Hey, the next in line tutorial will be posted soon..

goto w3schools.com and try out asp pages out there
place all the .asp pages in wwrooot folder or wait till next post, soon

is it like asp runs on IIS like PHP on xampp or Apache?

IIS is the Web Server, Apache is Web server too, but open source, ASP is back-end technolgy on which we use different scripting languages like javascript or vbscript, whereas PHP is open source web programming language… differences will get clear when u learn web architechture chapter….

i tried to run xampp and IIS7 together..but as IIS was running, xampp was not starting(is it because both use same port??)…is it possible to start both of them together????

yes, you can run both of them simultaneosly, there are several ways, will post it on saturday evening
